Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. I guarantee your satisfaction with the copy I write for your project. I will revise, tweak, the copy as many times as necessary – before it is used – until you are 100% satisfied.
However, there is no way that I can guarantee a particular result after the content is used. It is unethical ... and NOT possible.
This is why…
There are many factors in marketing - such as price, product, regulatory restrictions (depending on the industry), mailing lists, consumer preferences, and the stock market. These factors are not within my control.
However, I can and do guarantee your satisfaction with my work before you use it.
Can you start on my copywriting project right away? Do you charge more for rush jobs?
It is most important to do the very best work possible for you. However, with that said, there are times when urgency is required. It generally takes 2-3 weeks to do the appropriate research and work on your copy (i.e., writing, editing and revising) to deliver a solid, first draft. Let’s discuss your needs.
Faith will do everything possible to give you outstanding service. Therefore, if you are in a rush, please discuss that with her, and she will do everything possible to reduce the normal turnaround time. If any rush fees are charged, they will be kept to a minimal.
What are your rates?
Eva Healthcare Marketing’s fees are very reasonable. You'll sense how affordable we are after of our affordability after reviewing our package deal. Certainly, we can do individual projects for you, but you get the BEST value for your money through our bundled services. How many rounds of revisions can I make?
We’re not happy unless you’re happy.
That’s why we permit as many rounds of revisions as necessary to assure your absolute satisfaction. However, when producing a video, an adjusted approach must be taken, because I'm sure you know changes to videos in the production stage can't be easily made.
How do I go about hiring you? Do I sign something? How soon can we start? When and how should I pay?

Once that is determined, the next step is agreeing on the details of the project. An agreement is approved by both parties and the upfront fee (50% of the full fee) is paid.
Can you help me with my entire marketing project and manage it overall? Or will you coordinate with my other suppliers and experts?
We are more than equipped to handle ALL things video, web content and emails. A full production team is at play with Eva Healthcare Marketing. But we're also happy to work your onsite staff and other team members.
But, certainly, if you already have vendors and/or staff to work with us, we are happy to collaborate with them.
